So this is my first review but after reading so many on CC i felt I must give my honest opinions. May be a little long but im going to try and follow step by step.

Embarkation in New York is just like everything else in NY. Hectic and crazy. Get to the terminal early. The traffic is insane. However, after arriving a porter took my luggage and myself and my carry on waited in line for about 10 - 15 minutes before having my id and birth certificate checked( no passport). I was directed to another line to set up my onboard account. After doing so I was given my freestyle card. Awesome concept Norwegian btw. Headed on to the ship (just as big as you imagined and beautiful. Trully a work of art).

I went straight to my room. Very clean. Spacey - which from what I read I was pleasantly surprised with. Comfortable bed. Nice big oceanview window. Plenty of storage. Room steward William always made my towel animals. loved it!
