I am writing this because I sincerely have enjoyed cruising with NCL twice in the past, but on this last voyage NCL did not live up to the high standards that I had come to expect. After cruising I phoned guest services and was asked to provide a detailed account of our experience on the NCL Star sailing 3/17/15 – 3/22/15 to Cabo San Lucas, MX.

I came on this cruise as part of Casinos at Sea and the partnership between NCL and Caesars Entertainment. So, needless to say I was here to gamble quite a bit. Here are the major complaints about the Casino operations on the Star:

1. I only play Video Poker. Upon departure, found that all 8 video poker machines at the bar were not operational. This remained in effect until day 4 of a 5 night cruise. Read more
