Let's start with a basic, fly for 8 hours and are met by nice air conditioned car to Dubia port where told would not be allowed to board for 5 hours, 3pm and waited in cramped uncomfortable lounge ...when asked why the delay told nothing to do with Costa, just wait. At 3 they started to call numbers based on cards given when booking in, but we were not given one because I complained at poor attitude of booking in clerk. I realised this was now to be treated as a laugh and not ruin our trip. 5 hours later we were allowed in our room which was OK but to late to change for dinner. Good job really as the scrum for food was a joke and that was followed by average food, chuched on the table.

The dinner places for rest of trip OK and a table of 8 acceptable even with the argumentative Russian, but overall our table was fine....rest of food for week was average.

The ship looks like something from Hi Di Hi and the entertainment staff could have improved from watching it ....they may have raised their standard.

Cabin Review

Cabin E1

Good size but noisy from pool area above, balcony being refurbished and had to be cleaned daily from rubbish cleaned off deck above.
