Unfortunately those that work hard to please the customers have their efforts cancelled by those that could care less.
Cabin Steward was FANTASTIC... the one assigned to my cabin cared about his job, as did his associates. Stewards who were not assigned to my cabin even cared. Friendly, personable, and professional.
Cruise Director and his staff were great. Wanted to make sure that we were getting the most out of our vacation.
