My wife, our son (13) and his buddy (13) had Haven Owners Suites - #17032 & #17035.

Upon entry into the special boarding area, we were greeted with an NCL representative who was new to this ship. It felt a bit disorganized. The waiting area and the continental breakfast in the Cruise Terminal felt like an after-thought. We sat there for well over a 1/2 hour while the ship was getting prepared. hen we were directed to board the ship. While checking in this caused us to bypass the Embarking Photo Op.

Our rooms were very nice and spacious. Our balcony was nice but too much furniture with not a lot of options for stacking or moving around. Also these two rooms were directly below the "Posh" Area of the Haven. So from 6:00 AM (Un-securing, unstacking, dragging, and placing of chaises, tables and loungers) the noise above woke me most every morning. The balcony views are partially blocked by two elevators that provide access to floors 15, 16, and 18.

Deluxe Owner's Suite

Cabin H2

Nice, spacious, never felt cramped.

Noise from the Posh area should not have started until 8:30 AM.

Great cleaning staff that got everything right the first time.
