I've only cruised a handful of times, but I have to say that this cruise and ship was my #1 vacation thus far. We choose this cruise for our honeymoon. My wife has never been on one and was nervous she would not do well. After the 2nd day she was hooked! She was loving that she could go to bed at night and wake up in a new country or place, not having to pack her bags or get on a plane.

The Equinox is a beautiful ship, I loved having the lawns on the upper deck to walk around on or lay in the sun. We did not eat in any of the specialty restaurants, but the main dining room was gorgeous. The buffet always seemed to have something new and I was never bored just eating the buffet. The Mast Bar was one of my favorite bars to hang out at and we got to know the bar tenders there very well. The Coffee shop which I cant recall the name of right now was another of our favorite places to be in the morning, and after dinner. The crew on the ship were wonderful, friendly and outgoing. Pretty sure you could stop any one of them and ask a question and they would always be able to help you or direct you. There was always something happening and I think I struggled more with trying to be in 2 locations at one time. They had fun activities and the activities manager and cruise director where always out and about chatting with everyone. They didnt just do their talks and disappear below deck.

This destinations on this cruise were all about the excursions for us. We really enjoyed Costa Rica the most! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of excursions offered at each port. There was definitely something for everyone.

The cabin with balcony was very nice. There was more than enough storage for our 11 day cruise. The bathroom was a nice size and we had no problem having 2 people in it at the same time getting ready. We didnt spend a whole lot of time in the room except to sleep and get ready.
