We have done many cruises with The BOS over the past years but this last one on March 9th was a disappointment. So many cuts by the higher ups (mainly the new executives hired from the horrible Carnival line have ruined the ship). We have already booked and paid for two b/b cruises and now we are concerned about the experiences when travelling soon. We did not book on board for another as we planned because of the downgrading. It was apparent in the food service and lack of decent amenities that were always there before. We are diamond plus and were always happy to cruise with RCCL but no longer will we - we will stick to Celebrity as it is the best around in customer service and pampering their guests. No welcome aboard drink or daily newspaper anymore on RCCL. Cabin service was cut to one attendant to clean many cabins. We were very fortunate to have one that was excellent for our suite, but many guests we encountered around us were not pleased. We have done over 30 cruises with RCCL but will no longer book with RCCL anymore. The allowing of smoking in the casinos kept all 6 of us from playing in the casino. We were in GS 1550 - our daughter & her hubby in GS 1554 & other daughter & her hubby in JS 1542. We enjoyed being together but were unhappy with the overall lack of enjoyment that should have been.
