Our room was ready about 12:30 and we were very impressed with how clean and beautiful it was.  Our steward Romel was there to great us and answer any questions we had.  After reading all the reviews I was worried about the bathroom/shower but it was fine,  different but we had no complaints.  It was clean so I was happy! Room was great size for 2 people,  we had an extended balcony cabin 10111. May be a bit tight for 3 adults. Plenty of storage, we had drawers and a closet we didn't even use! Nice refrigerator, we took the mini bar items out to put our own things in.

Our favorite excursion, it was beautiful!  Had a blast, our guide was very friendly and helpful.  I would highly recommend this to anyone.  The video at the end was worth purchasing.

We wanted to try something crazy so we chose this one.  It was pretty good, we were the only ones that did it so we ended up being the show for everyone else!  Our shark guide was knowledgeable and friendly.  I think it was over priced and we could have spent our time zip lining it something other then this. They really charge a lot for the video and photos we haggled with them and finally got them for 90 dollars. The staff were you pick up your video and pictures were very rude.

We did the all inclusive dolphin swim and ride.  For the money I didn't feel it was worth it.  We did spend some time petting the dolphin when it swam by,  but the description said we would go into deeper water to swim and play with them but that's very deceiving, swimming into deeper water really means paddling 4 feet from the edge of the pool deck you stand on and petting him once as he swims by.  Then on by one you swim half way across a pool and the dolphin tows you back. There was no playing with or even touching the dolphin unless you are told to.  Our came up to me when the trainer got out to get fish so I started to pet her carefully behind her head as instructed before you even get in the pool and the trainer quickly told me not to pet her. It was hard not to when she comes right up and wants to be petted. The trainer was very informative and answered our questions in a friendly manner.  There were maybe 15 in our group, we were in the water maybe 45 minutes actual individual time with the dolphin less then 2 minutes.  Not worth the 240 dollars we paid per couple. We were then told we could kayak or snorkel so we chose snorkel because you has to chose a time for the guide to take you to the area across the dock but kayak wasn't for almost an hour and snorkeling was only a 15 minute wait.  Well they gave us snorkels and a life jacket and we walked into what was a small pond with dead coral and a stingray laying on the bottom. A school of Tiny fish did swim by but that was it.  We bought an underwater camera for nothing we took 5 pictures and 3 were if the stingray.  We then went to the included authentic Mexican buffet, well it consisted of some bland chicken pieces with green peppers they called fajitas with no tortillas, dried hamburger patties hot dogs and chicken nuggets. There were tortilla chips that were good but served with runny cheese. The wait staff was nice and was fast to get our drinks.  Then on to leaving the video and photos started out st 359 dollars!  We said no then he gave us his special deal, both for 159.00 we did buy them but shouldn't have.  Maybe a good time for young children,  but I can't recommend.

Circue show was great, and included in the dining package, our murder mystery lunch was extremely funny so we did the Second City show which was not good.Spice H2O was hopping for the parties but aimed for people much younger then us, we in our early 40's but we still went and had a great time.
