This was our 2nd time on this ship, We were a party of 4. 3rd time overall with Royal. We flew in the night before and stayed at the Sheraton near the airport. This was much better than rushing to get to port on cruise day. We were able to take our time in the morning and get breakfast and then arrived at the port around noon on day of sail. Embarkment was seamless and quick. We were onboard in 15 min.

On the 2nd day we arrived in the Bahamas. We took a cab over to Atlantis and walked around for about a half hour and then went back to ship. Really not much to do here except look at the Atlantis property. They will not let you in the beach or pool area unless you buy an excursion . They wanted $175 pper for 3 hrs, way too pricey for only being in port for 4 hrs.

St Maarten we rented 3 jet skiis and had a blast. I went thru www.shoretrips.com to book the jet skis, they were much cheaper than threw Royal.
