Embarkation well it started off a little rough. We came out to LA a day early because living in Wisconsin you never know what the weather will bring. I called NCL and asked what time I needed to be at LAX since we book our transportation to the port from NCL. We were told to be at the airport at 10:00 am. and was told the first bus leaves at 10:30am. We arrived at LAX at 9:20 am and reported to Baggage claim area where we were met by 2 NCL reps and they took us to the bus waiting outside when we got to the bus the driver informed us that he had no room for our luggage because of 3 wheel chairs and was told the next bus will be back in 30 - 45 minutes. No problem we thought. Well the bus left at 9:25 am. 10:30 am came 11:30 am came. By this time we had a big group. I asked the NCL rep and he said he would call his boss. ( He put the phone on speaker) When the NCL rep asked his boss when the next bus was coming. The Boss said " When it gets here it gets here to damn bad if you have people waiting" Well the bus cam at 12:30 pm. I did complain and this matter was addressed by the cruise consultant and management did call us to explain this matter will be taken care of. I was very happy how this matter was taken care of. Check in to the ship was GREAT the line moved very fast.

Stateroom Our stateroom was 10178 It was GREAT . Very clean and the staff did a great job everyday! The bed was nice and new. I
