My boyfriend and I have been together for 6 months and wanted to go away together. We thought, 5 days on a cruise ship would be a great way to celebrate. We chose to be in a superior balcony room and had a large table and late dinner seating. The waiters and head waiters were so helpful and accommodating at every meal. We were seated with 5 other young couples and really enjoyed it. The head waiter could not believe that we were so lucky to have a table of young 20-30 year old couples at one table. I guess we were lucky. We decided to catch every show on the boat. The singers and dancers were incredible. I swear, they were on broadway at one point in their lives. The cruise director was so much fun and full of energy and got us involved in everything. Before, we went on the cruise, we heard to book an excursion through a local company called cave-tubing.com. I would highly recommend this company. They were so careful about getting us back to port at the right time for tendering and were so informative about the caves and the rainforest, where we went ATV riding. The ship we really rocky the second day, so I got a bit sea sick, but I guess that is natural for a first timer. We did not know until the last day, that lunch was also being served as a sit down nice meal in the nutcracker dining room. They have an amazing salad bar and menu. So, if you want a bit of a break from the buffet I would highly recommend it. The Quest game show was hysterical. Sebastian lead the karaoke almost every night and my name was called often to sing. It seemed that everyone on the boat was having fun at all times. The best was, coming back to our room everyday to a fully made up room with towel animals folded on our bed. If you end up going on this cruise, you will have the time of your life. Just remember to bring sea sickness pills if you think you might get a little squeamish. the 5 day cruise was a perfect time to try out a cruise. Enjoy every minute of it, just like we did on the Navigator of the Seas!!!
