The Sensation was in average shape. We chose to get a suite this trip because we have two young children ( 7 and 6 ) and we wanted to see if the extra room made the whole experience better. For those of you seeking a suite on any boat in this class, it is almost too much room for a family of four if you consider the price. i.e. We could have taken a seven day cruise and had a smaller suite on a newer boat for about the same amount of money. However, we were happy to have the extra room. I will say our steward was pleasant, but don't expect any extras with the larger cabin. We took the fantasy out of Port Canaveral last year and our steward was much more attentive and helpful.

Camp Carnival was excellent again for the kids, they wanted to go back for almost every activity available. The Camp Carnival Girls are awesome and for those of you who worry about that kind of stuff, it was all young girls from different parts of the world. We felt safe leaving our children there for short periods of time. We always checked in with our kids after two or three hours.

We really enjoyed the entertainment. The shows were great and the comedy routines were as well.
