Sail Date: Nov 2008

This was my fourth cruise, third on RCI.

Embarkation: The posted boarding time was a couple of hours later than the actual time they started the process so we were pleasantly surprised that the wait wasn't as long as we had anticipated. Check-in was smooth, the Set-Sail Pass is faster than waiting until check-in and submitting the individual documents. Had the check-in building been crowded,it would have been a miserable experience.

Public Rooms: They are well decorated and appear to be comfortable. Most of the seating didn't seem to encourage lounging for long. The RCI program includes at least one art auction, so there are plenty of paintings displayed around the ship. Not to my taste, I describe them as starving artist paintings...and there is good reason the artists are starving. They do provide a topic for conversation, though.
