We just got back from the Enchantment of the Seas 5 night (Key West, Cozumel, and Belize). We were in Junior Suites (7672 and 7271) on the AFT. This was a great cruise and we totally enjoyed every minute. Embarkation was fast and easy. We jumped out of the taxi and walked through the terminal. Once inside we got in the shortest line. The Suite/Platinum/Diamond lines were the longest.

Food and service were absolutely fantastic from day one in both the Windjammer and My Fair Lady Dining Room. We had Lobster on the last night and it was excellent.

We are Diamond and did use the Concierge Lounge, but did not frequent more that 6 or 7 times the entire cruise, mostly for coffee.
