This cruise was given to us as a wonderful gift to celebrate my husbands birthday. I have travelled with other cruise line but this was my husbands first cruise.

We live in Austria and travelled to Venice by train, then taxi to the terminal, this in fact was alot more fraught than embarkation on the ship which took about 15mins and ran smoothly. We were meeting friends onboard who had arrived before us and they took us on a tour of the ship.

We found our cabin to be excellent (starboard side no sewage smells as previously reported)maybe the shower was a little small but for one week we could live with this. Read more
