My wife & I booked the Mariner for the Western Caribbean that took us to Labadee, Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, & Cozumel. We booked airfare through the cruiseline and a representative met and helped us at baggage.

We took the bus to the port and it was a comfortable ride to the ship. We arrived in the port ~1:30 and it took about 45 minutes to get onto the ship and from there we headed to the welcoming buffet. The buffet was kind of a mad house with long lines and we had to wait for open tables. They said our bags should arrive around 3/3:30, but our bags did not arrive in our cabins until after dinner, so we had to wear the same clothes to dinner.

We had an inside cabin toward the back of the ship. The first thing I noticed was the space and a big stain on the carpet. There was little space for storage of clothes, but it was manageable. I think it would be better if the end tables had some room to store more. The bathroom is small, but it is adequate. The only amenities included were bodywash & soap however, as there was no shampoo or conditioner. The TV channels were lacking as well (E!, ESPN International, TNT, 2 movie channels, & a ~2 hour loop music video channel), in that there were only a few english channels and they did not come in always, but on a ship this magnificent, that's okay. Our attendant was from Indonesia & was very nice & helpful.
