We travelled with Princess cruises for the first time on this 14 night cruise to Hawaii and sadly did not find they compared well with Royal Caribbean who we have cruised with 5 times before. There was nothing major ( except for the lost suitcase, but more of that later) just lots of minor things which RCI do so much better.

Embarkation This was very quick and efficient and we were on board in 20 minutes . Luggage all arrived by about 4 pm

Stateroom The cabin was smaller than we have had on RCI but that was not really a problem , Our attendant Rueben was excellent and although we hardly saw him he kept the cabin spotlessly clean and we never had to ask for anything. Read more
