My husband, son, and I just returned from a 4-night cruise on the Enchantment of the Seas on October 9-13. It was our fourth RCI cruise and our 10th overall.

Embarkation: The embarkation process was a bit confusing, but ultimately fairly quick. We entered the terminal and instead of lines, made our ways to rows of chairs. They called rows of chairs individually for processing. It saved waiting-in-line time, but seemed to add an extra step. We ate in the Windjammer, then went to our rooms after 1:00.

Room: We had an inside cabin that was small but adequate. The sink did feature the well-documented "brown water." At first it wasn't obvious, but I left a washcloth in the sink while the water was running, and a few minutes later, it had been stained brown by the water. Our steward was efficient and left the best towel animals we've had to date.
