I hadn't been on a cruise for several years and was delighted to see that the comfort and excitement of cruising has remained unchanged. The Voyager of the Seas had something for everyone from dining options to entertainment.

I took advantage of the cruise line airport transfer which met my flight on time and efficiently transferred me to the ship. After completing my preboarding paperwork online, it was a breeze going onboard in the port of Barcelona.

The main dining room food was fair at best, however my was interest in touring the ports and relaxing at sea. I attended the Murder Mystery Dinner Theater with friends and we had a fantastic meal in the Portofino restaurant and the "murder" was lots of fun to solve. There was always coffee or food somewhere on the ship and the free tapas daily starting at 4pm were a great option to hold my hunger at bay till second seating for dinner.
