Other than the Carnival Paradise, this (our 19th cruise, the third on Carnival), was the poorest one we've been on.

EMBARKATION

To start off, when we got to the airport in Honolulu, there wasn't a Carnival person in sight. Finally, one woman had an airport information staff call Carnival to see where their greet staff were located. A large group of us were waiting at one of baggage carousels, as instructed, but the Carnival greeters were all waiting at the far end, outside the building! When we told them that everyone was waiting inside at the carousel as instructed, they just said, "Oh, that's where you all are." But no one that we saw, went back in to see if anyone else was in the terminal, still waiting. Once at the pier, things went smoothly.
