As frequent cruisers, we were very excited to finally find this Itinerary on the Celebrity Constellation, having read all of the articles about it being the #1 cruise ship in the world. Well, the ship was nice enough, but nowhere near earning that title, at least in my opinion. It was our first experience on Celebrity. We would sail with them again, but would not actively search them out.

The food in the Main Dining Room was adequate for a cruise ship, perhaps even one step above the normal cruise fare. Our waiter and assistant waiter were both exceptional. The Buffet was very lacking, and the sandwich station was very, very slow, which caused long waits. The Burger station was good, but not great. The buffet has a lot of Asian influence, so if you like that, perhaps you will like it more than we did. Room Service was adequate..The ONE exception was the Specialty Restaurant, which was excellent..far superior to any of the other Specialty Restaurants we have tried on other cruise lines.

The shows get mixed reviews. The Celebrity Singers and Dancers were weak, their third show being the best of the three. The entertainment brought onboard was much better. Both Helen Jayne and Pearl Kaufman were excellent.
