When our cruise started on 09/07, Ike was far, far away, and couldn't decide which way to go. There was so much to do & see onboard, and in our ports of call, that we barely gave him a thought. Our two days at sea were excellent, although the seas were a bit choppy.

We rarely ate in the Lido's Cezzane restaurant - we felt that the food in the Renoir was MUCH better...and the service there was excellent! We tried dishes like Chilled Cucumber Soup, Creme Brulee, Pasta with seafood, and the famous Molten Chocolate Cake. Our waiters regaled us with song & dance (and wigs). Formal night was a blast, with group photos, fine wine & a festive atmosphere. There were many opportunities to have photos taken, and there were lines for every setting!

At Montego Bay, we stayed onboard, since we had been there before & were not been impressed. We did a galley tour, high tea (with YUMMY treats!), spent some quiet time in the Library - and took a nap! Those who overindulged at Margaritaville were conspicuous by their absence.

Cabin Review

Cabin 8

Great view, but too much noise from the deck in the early morning (6:00 AM); short walk to Lido's Cezzane restaurant, pool, etc.!
