First a little background-my DH and my 5th cruise, 1st with Carnival, then 4 with RCCL. This was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and DH birthday. We chose a JS to get the extra 'credit' for Crown and Anchor, which gets us to Platinum level for next cruise. We had an aft suite which was HUGE! Great for sunning on those 'extra' sea days...more about that later.

We flew in the day before on Southwest, great prices and nice people! Stayed at the Hilton (FLL Airport) Pre and post. Booked ahead for $93 nt. Nice hotel - but no views, and charged $20 for shuttle to port (thought was complimentary)

Embarkation:Got to the port at 11:30, had Priority Embarkation because of the 'suite' and were in the Windjammer shortly after 12! Food was good and display was beautiful. You have to look - but she is showing her wear, both in the furniture and in the carpet, but she still looks beautiful.
