Please enter your review. This was my 39th cruise with Royal Caribbean and it is not getting better... I was on the Aug. 24-31 sailing out of San Juan. The transfers from the Airport to the Ship were very quick and easy. They took my Luggage as I boarded the bus and I never saw it again till 3pm at my Cabin.I flew down that morning of the sailing. As a Diamond Plus I walked on to the Ship 1st at 11am and did not have to wait in lines. There was way too many kids on this sailing and they were let run wild by Staff and Parents. They sat down in the Elevators, ran up and down the Halls at all hours of the night and took down Do Not Disturb signs. They also shoved and stole from people in the Elevators! The carpets on the AOS were dingy and coming away from the baseboard and walls all over the ship. There were holes in the walls from Cigarette burns.Lights were being replaced all the time. The Food was the best at the Captains Table! The rest of the Dining room service was poor. I had early dining which is really early and was in the Vivaldi Dining Room. They let people into the Main Dining Rooms in Shorts and Levis which to me is Terrible. If you want to be Casual then go to Windjammers! The Cruise Director was terrible...He wasn't friendly, he would not keep the kids out of the 1st 3 rows of the Showroom like he is supposed to do. He never had his morning talk show.He never talked to anyone and you never saw him around the ship. The Concierge Lounge was Great but way too small. They should have opened a 2nd room up as all the Suites were in there along with Diamond and D+. De De the Concierge was very funny and new what you wanted before you asked for it. The Ice Show was one of the better ones, and the Production Shows were Great. We even had a Brand New Dance show the last night. Overall the Staff was very Friendly and my Cabin Stewardess for my Promenade cabin was Fabulous. She had all my Free Gifts every night arranged in with my Towel Animals. It made it much more noticeable. I did Shore excursions on all 4 Islands but set them up ahead of time with Guides. It is much cheaper and you get a longer and better tour. Also the Disembarkation for Diamond Members was Great. We used the Dining Room on Deck 5 and could get off when ever we wanted to. There was Mimosa, Coffee and rolls. The ship docked in all ports so it was very easy to get off with no long lines at all. Overall after the ship goes into Dry Dock next year it will be much better. But, it needs a new Cruise Director, better handling of the kids and needs to enforce the Dress Code in the Main Dining Rooms!

Cabin Review

Promenade Stateroom

I love the PR rooms as they are great size and you can watch everything on the inside of the ship. The bay window is perfect. However-remember people can see you acroos the ship!
