The embarkation was quick and from the time we got to the check in center to getting on the ship only took about 15 minutes. The scenery was amazing. We had a room with a balcony and it was worth every penny to have our own private piece of the railing with these spectacular views. The weather was perfect and we never even seen any rain the whole time we were there. College Fjord was as great as advertised, but we were only there for 3 hours due to the areas regulations. Than we went to Glacier Bay and Marjorie glacier is one of the most beautiful places on earth. It is breath taking and the blues in the glacier were amazing. After that the ship went to Skagway. A great little town and if you are picking up souvenirs this is the port to do it in. The prices were lower here than in the rest of the ports. After that it was on to Juneau and it was a nice but crowed area that we were shopping in. Than it was on to Ketchikan, a little island that is full of eagles and salmon. This is the best place to see bear and whales. After that it was on to Vancouver and than back home. On our excursions we went dog sledding which was a blast at Skagway. At Juneau we went whale watching than to Mendenhall Glacier and than a salmon bake. It was a perfect day. The salmon is to die for. At Ketchikan we went crab fishing and than to a crab feast that was out of this world. I highly recommend each of these excursions and a little advise bring binoculars and a lot of film for the camera. All the guides were very informative and the adventures at each port are worth the time and the money. All the food at each dinning room was five star quality and the service is second to none. Even if you choose to eat pizza out on the deck the food quality can not be beat and there is always someone there to get you additional food or a refill of your beverage. I do recommend getting the $29 pop card when you board it saved us a lot of money.

The entertainment was top rate. The production shows were extremely enjoyable and there was a very talented lounge band called Junction 21 that did a great job doing cover songs from all eras. We even managed to see several movies while we were there.

Overall I don't think we could ever equal this experience and I would recommend to anyone that is thinking about taking a cruise to go on Princess. I am not one who usually writes reviews but I do believe this one was warranted.
