Celebrity Century North Europe (Ireland and Norwegian Fjords) August 21st until 31st, 2009

PRECRUISE ACTIVITIES For all who are interested in cruise ship building we strongly recommend an unforgettable visit at the MEYER Werft (Shipyard) in Papenburg, Germany as we did prior to our embarkation in Amsterdam, Holland. Some of the most luxurious cruise ships were built up there (e.g. NCL Pride of Hawaii, Celebrity Century or various Aida Ships). At our visit the latest Highlight "Celebrity Solstice" was almost finished and ready to be handed over the Celebrity Cruise Line. Very impressive!

Celebrity is perceived by us as an upscale cruise line of Royal Caribbean that we've experienced together with other cruise lines (NCL, Princess, Blue Lagoon) over the years. Therefore we were quite interested to feel the difference on board of the Century. We are a mid aged family with a 10-year old son living in Stuttgart, Germany.
