My Husband 2 teenagers and I sailed on the Mariner in July. We flew into Orlando the night before and had reservations at the Radisson. ( only $99 through AAA) Unfortunately the person who made our reservations accidently cancelled them and there were no more rooms. we ended up at the country Inn and suites down the road. It was very nice but about $30 more. they offered a free breakfast(not too good) and began their shuttle earlier than the radisson.

we arrived at the port around 11:00. Everything went smoothly and by 12:30 we were eating at the windjammer then set out to explore the ship. I recommend pre-check in on line before you get to the port.

The ship is beautiful!! Our cabin was ready about 3:00 and our luggage arrived around 6:00. We threw some suits in a carry on so we could sit by the pool while we waited for our room and luggage. We had an inside state room. It was small but manageable. We made good use of our space and I definitely recommend one of those over the door shoe organizers for make up, hair goods etc., it saved us!! Our stateroom attendant Henny was the best she was always there making sure we had enough towels etc., I don't think the woman ever slept.
