We sailed the Carnival Legend western Caribbean sailing on August 3, 2008 out of Tampa. This was perhaps my 12th cruise, but my first on Carnival. I traveled with my husband and two daughters (ages 5 and 8).

Overall Experience

Although the cruise had its highs and lows, I would rate it an overall C. I give high ratings to the ship itself and very high ratings to the ports of call because they are not your typical Caribbean stops, but very low ratings to the staff and the food onboard. It is unlikely that we will cruise Carnival again unless it is a quick trip at an unbelievable price.
