This was our very first cruise and it was WONDERFUL! My husband and I along with our 19 year old daughter and her good friend drove from SC to Florida on Saturday and stayed overnight at the Radisson. We were able to leave our car parked in their lot and take the hotel shuttle to the boat. No problems here. We were able to get on the boat with no problems. Rooms were not available until 1:30 pm or later so after we were on board we went to the Lido Deck and had lunch. Then we just walked around and explored the ship. The doors to the cabins were opened a little after 1:30 pm and we were fortunate our two rooms were ready. Our bed was already made into a queen instead of two twins. This was very nice. The only bad thing that we notice when we first went into the cabin was that our bathroom smelled. Because of all the reviews here on Cruise Critic we were prepared. I had brought with us a room deodorizer. That helped. Our rooms were bigger than we thought which was very good. On Monday we went into Freeport. AS the board has stated not much to do there. We walked around a little - did not buy a thing - and went back on board. On Tuesday we got off at Nassau and went to the Straw Market and bought a few things. We took those back on board and then got off again. We boarded a water taxi and went over to Atlantis. We had booked a room at Comfort Suites where we got our wrist bands for Atlantis. Atlantis was wonderful and would recommend it for anyone. It was really great and huge. Our girls really enjoyed it. The food was expensive but we bought three drinks and were able to refill those all through the day for free. That helped tremendously. We did not get back to the ship until after 6:00 pm. Needless to say we all went to bed early. Wednesday was our day at sea and it was nice. We slept, ate great food, and lazed around all day. We came home today. We had to be out of our rooms by 8:00 am. But we went to have breakfast and then just waited till our number was called for us to get off the ship. It took us about 2 hours to get off the ship, go through customs, get our luggage, and get a shuttle back to our car. We had a terrific time and I would really like to go back. We really enjoyed ourselves. We met some wonderful people who we dined with each evening. I hope this review helps someone.

Cabin Review

Cabin E

Great room - lots of space for clothing and other items. The only bad thing was the bathroom smelled but we took something to set out to help the smell. Kept clean. We did have some noise with children running up and down the hall but not too bad.
