We have 22 cruises under our belt. Twelve have been with Royal Caribbean. Therefore, it would easily assumed that we have a good understanding of what is expected when one is on a cruising vacation. We have yet to tire with this venue and we have included a variety of other types of vacations during this run on cruising. Overall, we believe this type of vacation, cruising, best meets our needs.

Now, let us go on to critique the Alaska Northbound Cruise and Post Cruise Package # 8. We sailed out of Vancouver on June 20, 2008. We left Newark NJ on a Continental Non-stop flight. I'm a diamond member and we were able to change out flight from Air Canada's one stop flight. Every thing was fine on the flight.

The RCI staff that greeted us upon arrival consisted of all young people. (I only mention this because we are usually met by people, my age, in the Miami departures). They were very pleasant and well informed. But, the need to show your ID over and over again during the boarding process was ridiculously funny to everyone. Sometimes we walked less than 10 feet from one checkpoint to another while in a secured area only to have to again produce our ID.
