Embarkation was slow and could have been done better. Public rooms Basic at best. Cabin nice size and loads of room but dated. Cabin service was good but we found dirt from previous guests. Dinning Room good to a few very good meals but nothing great. Open seating not working should so back to old two seating format. Lido deck buffet was OK but nothing more than that. Entertainment was poor, only highlight was Feature Violinist. Service was good but expected more. Shore Excursions were overpriced and not well done. Value for money, we paid the most ever for a cruise. We expected a higher level of class and Holland FAILED to deliver. We sailed with other Cruise Critic members and we all said the same thing. For what we paid we all expected more and DID NOT GET IT.

Overall we can only rate it two waves and would NOT do it again with Holland.
