Port of Tampa: stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown. Rented from Thrifty--they gave us a ride to and from the cruise terminal.
We took our own water and soda... and there were many jealous people in the port terminal. Next time I'd use a little travel cart and not have to carry it.
Grand cayman: Stingray City: booked through Nativeway. Tour was a little different than expected but the water was beautiful. Tour was $60 pp.
Cozumel: my husband's least favorite port. We went to Chakannab Park--$28 to get in and use snorkel gear. Taxi was $10 each way.
Belize: went cave tubing and booked thru cavetubing.com. They were AWESOME. We were in the early group with Evan. Print out your tour reservation. The ship only lets people on the tender off early if they have proof (or so they say).
Roatan: our favorite port. We took a taxi to the West Bay beach area. They'll try to charge $25 pp roundtrip, but we negotiated $15. Great, cheap shopping and the friendliest people around.
Side note about the ship. WAY too many unsupervised kids. They were running around like wild monkeys. I often wondered where the parents were.
