Sail Date: Jun 2008

Lets say this is one of the best and worst cruises I've ever taken. I've been cruising since I was 18 and I've been on ships that have taken my breath away and ships that have disappointed me. I had extremely high expectations from Celebrity since I paid double for this cruise comparatively speaking. When they say Alaska is expensive they aren't kidding.

I highly recommend taking the train from Anchorage to Seward. I also recommend booking directly through the Alaskan railroad. It was one of the best part of the entire vacation. The railroad staff was pleasant and the ride was very comfortable.

We booked our cruise nearly a year before our sailing date and this is something I recommend everybody planning a cruise should do. We were able to secure the Concierge Class room for the price of a regular balcony and our plane tickets were reasonable. Our Cruise Line representative was extremely helpful and friendly and I offer nothing but the highest praise for the vacation planners at Celebrity.

Cabin Review

Cabin CC

Waste of money, hardly any Concierge privileges listed were followed through, every morning at 5 am we were woken up by the moving of tables and chairs on the deck above, halls were cluttered with cleaning supplies...
