Please enter your review. Background information: This is the 7th cruise we have been on, 6th with Celebrity, one time with RCI. My dh and I are in our early 50's. We realize that people have different experiences even on the same cruise and much of it depends upon their own perspective, experiences and attitude. This is our experience.

Embarkation was fairly smooth. We waited for approximately one hour after arrival. They allowed those with priority embarkation to embark first, which was the proper thing to do. It was relatively fast and efficient.

I was actively involved in the large cruise critic roll call. I organized a night at Muranos among other things. I spoke with Celebrity twice about this and had reservations but they would not send me an email about it. Upon embarkation, one of the first things I did was to check on the reservations. The reservations were non-existent. I went to guest relations and asked them what to do as I had to make other arrangements with Muranos. I was assisted by Christina Price, at guest relations, and she took care of my problems efficiently and expertly and gave us a cruise critic announcement board to help us communicate. Way to go Christina.
