My wife and I sailed on the Enchantment of the Seas for a four night Western Caribbean cruise calling on Key West & Cozumel. We arrived at Port Everglades late due to a delayed flight and had no problems checking in. We were on the ship within 10 minutes.

Having never sailed on this ship we were disappointed from the start. No crew members were anywhere in sight when we tried to locate our cabin for the first time. We finally tracked down a cabin steward who directed us to our room. On other cruise lines crew members are stationed at stairwells and elevators directing new passengers to their cabins.

The room was an outside cabin and was adequate in size, storage, etc. We then started exploring the ship which was overall nice and easy to navigate. I was surprised that as we passed many crew members in hallways and on deck that most of them never said hello or spoke to you. They looked and you and just walked on.
