This was our first cruise with RCCL...and we are so glad we switched from Carnival! We are in our early 30's and left the twins at home so we could have a nice grown up vacation.

Getting on: I have heard a lot of complaints regarding Cape Liberty--but I found them to be completely UNFOUNDED! We arrived at 11:00am and walked right up to the desk, handed the number 3 for the bus and promptly shown where the cookies and lemonade was. We didn't have to wait very long...didn't really even mind waiting since they had seats, drinks and food :). Got right on the bus and on to the ship in no time.

First impression of the Explorer...BREATHTAKING...this ship is so beautiful!! Three story dining room, Intimate Portofino's, nice cabins. We were impressed.

Room next to the crew area...lots of noise during the day as they have their work cart next to our room.
