Arrival/Embarkation: We left on Friday the 13th and stayed the night at the Holiday Inn on the Seawall in Galveston. The next day we left our hotel around 11 and we parked at Lighthouse parking which was $30 for 5 days. They have 24 hour security and they're about 2 minutes from the port. A fast and friendly shuttle service is provided. Embarkation took about 10 minutes for us in the VIP check-in line. If you have a penthouse suite you go straight through all of the long lines.

Cabin: We had cabin U115. It was a HUGE penthouse suite with a balcony. Our cabin steward was a good guy who always kept our room clean and always greeted us by name. New bath towels were provided everyday as well as beach towels. (Don't forget to return them to your room or it's $22 per towel!)

Ship: The ship was an older ship but it was well maintained. It was always clean and the crew was always cleaning. The lounges did not seem big enough for all of the passengers that wanted to watch the shows. On two separate nights we went to a comedy show and there were well over 100 people standing in the back. The ship seemed very crowded most of the time. The pools were also very small. We only went swimming once because of the amount of people in the pools. It is also had to find a lounge chair on the lido deck, so go early!
