Well I have to disagree with Ms. Allison H about the entertainment on Caribbean cruise on Celebrity Millennium. I also went in January and I was pleased with almost EVERYTHING.

We are active cruisers and for the most part, the food on Celebrity was outstanding. We have friends who work full time on the ship, so there was immaculate attention to detail. Every night in the Metropolitan Dining Room we were treated to a variety of appetizers and canapes, compliments of the assistant maitre d', Yusuf. Each meal in the dining room was savory, appetizing and satisfying.

The food in the Ocean Cafe (their buffet) could use a little more variety, however. During the afternoon we were forced to choose between pizza, salad and pasta if we were late for the lunch buffet. Also, late night options were further limited to pasta, pizza, and sushi before 9 PM.
