Embarkation with the funpass was great. I was on board within 45 minutes. I thought that was pretty good. The food was great in the dining room with the exception of the cheesecake. It was a little dry. The ship is almost 10 years old. It shows it in some areas. It is holding up pretty good though. There were some funky smells in the hallways sometimes, but nothing major.

The ports of calls had fun things to do. My only beef with the cruise was that if you book an excursion outside of carnival, you may not get off in time to make your appointment. Carnival will give priority tender service to those guests who have booked excursions directly with the ship. Personally, I think that sucks. It should be first in line, first off the ship. But then that is just my opinion.

There was plenty of food and plenty of activities to keep you occupied for the entire trip. The shows were not Vegas quality, but were entertaining. There was only one that sucked. It was some comic that they had. He sucked big time and was almost booed off the stage. Other than that, they were fun.
