I would to take the time to provide any useful information that I was seeking prior to my cruise on June 1. Hopefully this information will be of some help. First of all if you are flying into Orlando, the port is an easy one hour drive into the port city of coco beach. I rented a compact car for about $60 one way from Enterprise and allowed us some flexibility to tour the area including Kennedy Space Center. Enterprise as an office at the port and when you turn your car in they will shuttle you to the port and then pick you up on your return. We stayed at the Radisson at the port and it was a large convention style hotel that was reasonably priced and good for one night. Do not take the Radisson Shuttles to the port. Ever see 500 people try to get into two small buses. Most people wanted in line for over an hour just to get on the shuttles. Go to Enterprise - its hassle free.

The ship is magnificent and the crew is outstanding. The service staff was always friendly and provided anything asked. The buffet was good for breakfast but I would recommend to eat in the Jade Restaurant portion for the buffet area as the stern section was hot and not well air conditioned. We eat most lunch and dinner meals on the ship in the formal dining area. Don't expect anything outstanding in the food category. I had heard that Royal Caribbean food was only average and by Tuesday I was getting concerned. The food got better later in the week but expect to got to the promenade deck snack area after 11pm because all dining areas close at 11pm. The cafe only provides sandwiches, cookies, pizza and drinks. A very limited selection. Also, I was very disappointed in the entertainment. I have cruised with Carnival and Princess and by far this was if poorest entertainment. Without getting into more details, avoid the stage dancers and the ice shows. The comedy, magic and impersonators with typical cruise entertainment but the stage shows were high school quality.

Labadee is a beautiful resort beach area. Tendering to the beach is a slow process and being the first stop it takes over an hour to go and come back to the ship. Expect it to be hot. I recommend going to the windward beach area rather than the bay area where the ship is. There is a 20 degree difference in temperature. The zip line is huge.

Cabin Review

Cabins were small but I only slept and showered there.
