We are a group of 17 foreigners, half elderlies and half young people, family trip, some of us have taken a cruise trip with royal caribbean before.

The embarkation was a little painful for us since some of us are not US citizens and consequently don't have an US passport. However, we have all obtained required travel document and were ready to present those to the appropriate personnel. However, the process took a little longer than I thought. The reason for that was because they have to get the documents to their managers to take a look first before they can issue the room cardkeys to us, this as you may have guessed took awhile since there were thousands of passenger trying to embark during that time. It would have been more efficient if they could have the agent themselves verify that all required docs are present and correct.

I was very satisfied with our cabins, they are small but not that small. bathroom water was good and bed IS really comfy. The only thing I had problems with was that our cabin steward was not doing a very good job. The drainage stopper in our sink was broken and was left broken for the entire week. our steward did not report this problem to the people who are in charge of fixing it, until the very last night, our room smelled kind of stinky, so we called up ship techs to take a look at what's going on, she just sprayed 409 all over our bathroom and said sorry profusely. Then she noticed that the drainage stopper being broken, so she told us about it and again apologized profusely.
