This was my first cruise in 30 years, but my husband cruised several times in the 80s and 90s. It was our first cruise together and it was wonderful! We were on the Pearl from May 4 thru 11.

We traveled to Seattle from Pittsburgh, PA, on Saturday, the day before we cruised to make sure any flight delays wouldn't make us miss the ship. Stayed at the W Seattle and it was a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend it.

Got up Sunday morning early and went to Pike's Place Market for breakfast at a cute little French place - Campagne (just above Sur La Table). Good food and nice atmosphere. Took a walk and saw the ship just waiting for us! Read more
