We arrived in NY around 10:30 (I know early) we got a couple of chairs by the window until they announced we could wait in line. Probably waited close to an hour. Went through security and then to the corkage fee table. Got #4 card and went straight to check in. Waited until they called #4 to board which was around 12:45. Loved the decor of the ship. We went to Windows for lunch and I agree all their chilled soups are spectacular. After lunch we went to the Kids Crew to register our 2 4 yr olds then went to the room to unpack. Plenty of drawers and shelves in the closet. All 3 pieces of our luggage fit the closet. We brought suction cup hooks that were very helpful for hanging back backs, purses, sweaters, etc.

The room steward was great. Always helpful and greeted with a smile. Had towel animals every other night. (new policy) Cleaned in a timely manner.

We ate in Windows alot, but also ate in Le Bistro, Sushi, La Trattoria and the buffet. We enjoyed the food and service in all the venues. Service was exceptional. We saw all but the first night show and were entertained by all. Especially enjoyed the magician and comedian. I guess we are easily entertained:-) In San Juan we took a taxi (for $15) to El Moro and walked around and took pictures and then from there took the trolly back to the ship.
