My Wife and I flew from Pittsburgh in to Fort Lauderdale the day of the cruise and arrived at the port at 12:30 and was on board about 1:30, the line was long but it seemed that there were a few flights coming in at once, so I say they did a good job at embarkation, the cabin was on deck 11 mid ship which was small but the balcony was pretty nice. The bed was horrible!! I have slept on more comfortable cots.

I could not get over the size of this boat, it was very confusing, 3100 people is a little too many as far as I'm concerned. I was very disappointed with the service that we got almost all over the ship, Our cabin steward Thanon, was very nice and he did a wonderful job! Bartenders were very quiet and unfriendly, I was disappointed that the skywalkers lounge bar was closed most of the day, it would have been a wonderful place to have a few cocktails. Forget the mini golf course, don't waste your time climbing the stairs to get to it.

The food was on par with other cruise line fare, however the pizza was some of the best I have had land or sea, I didn't feel the ship was as spectacular as I had read and was hoping it would be. The adults only pools and hot tubs were very nice. Another disappointment was that the hot tubs were closed under the M.U.T.S, I would have liked to watch a movie while in the hot tub. We purchased the pop card upon arrival and I felt like every time I used it the bartenders hated it, dirty looks, slamming glasses, my guess is because they don't get a 15% tip on that order like all of the other.
