We are a family of four (myself 38, DH 40, DS 6 & DD 9). Cruised the beautiful Caribbean Princess April 13-20th. We had previously cruised the Carnival Miracle in April 05.

Pre-cruise stay consisted of 3 nights in Fort Lauderdale at the Embassy Suites on 17th St. Very nice hotel! Loved the full breakfast buffet in the morning (free) and the pool area was very nice also. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and water taxi and sun trolley stop not far away either. Was very handy for us as we hadn't rented a car and managed to keep busy for 3 days prior to the cruise.
