My wife and I cruised on the Legend for 7 days starting on April 13. We were cruising with a couple that we met on our first cruise in 1992 on the Carnival Tropicale. We have been friends ever since. We haven't cruised at all since '97 and not on Carnival since '92.

We flew in on Saturday night from Albany, NY and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express/Rocky point, We took their cruise package which includes room, and transfers to the port and Airport. No rental car needed..

Embarkation was a breeze with VIP check-in. We took the 11:00 shuttle to the port and were on board at 11:45am.. Combine VIP check in with how much we liked our room, and it's Cat 11 or bust for any future cruise.
