Embarkation and disembarkation at Ft Lauderdale is down to a science. We arrived at the port by 11:45 and were on the ship by 12:20. Leaving the ship was the same. We were assigned to be in our waiting area by 9:15 and were off the ship by 10:20.

The ship overall is starting to show some signs of fatigue. While the majority of the public rooms were still in good conditions, the carpeting on the ship needed to be replaced. We had a mini-suite on the Dolphin deck and the room was overall clean but needed some attention. The bathroom had some mold and cracks on the tiles. Other than these minor problems, the room was better than the balcony room on Carnival's Liberty. Our room steward, Enrigue JR, was very nice and accommodated us on every request that we had.
