EMBARKATION: The embarkation was fairly painless. We were on the service quickly and were able to go to our cabin. Then we went to the Windjammer to have lunch. Embarkation gets an A
FOOD: The food was outstanding and the new menu presentations give you an upper scale restaurant experience. I thought for a moment I was on a Celebrity cruise. The presentation, service and taste of the food was excellent. Even the Windjammer food was good -- now that is saying something. The Food gets an A+.
CABIN: Our cabin was wonderful. We had a superior oceanview and felt very roomy for a Sovereign class cabin. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of consistent water pressure in the shower. Our room steward did an outstanding job of keeping our cabin clean. Cabin gets an A.
SERVICE: The service was great and the staff was very friendly. Anytime we needed anything, we were accommodated. Service gets an A
ENTERTAINMENT: The entertainment was also good. The production show on the final evening was probably the best I've ever seen on any RCI vessel. As a nice little treat, the cruise director, Jimmy, danced during one of the Earth, Wind and Fire songs. The dancers had good precision and execution of their moves and the singers sang on pitch and had good expression. The comedian was ok. Entertainment gets an A
PORTS: We have been to these ports numerous times. We always enjoy Nassau and go to the straw market. CoCo Cay was great and many of the people with us went snorkeling. We did see a shark swimming down the beach. The weather was great and had clear sunny skies the entire cruise. Ports get an A
DISEMBARKATION: Probably the easiest we've ever had. The only exception was that one of the young ladies with us had her bags show up in the wrong place.
I would go on the Majesty again at the drop of a hat. The staff is friendly and courteous and the ship looks beautiful. We are already making plans to sail the Majesty again this Fall.
