We did 2 cruises back to back on this ship. Have cruised many times with HA, but this ship and it's crew were the BEST. The captain on this ship (Capt. Henk Keijer) was very visible to the passengers and every day gave updates on points of interest, trivia facts and general information. He was without a doubt the friendliest and most progressive captain we have ever encountered. The entertainment on the ship was, without a doubt, the best we have ever seen. The stars also mingled with the guests and were also very visible onboard. These were not the ship's entertainment staff; they were professionals that were superb in their talents. The ship's crew from the Lido staff, the waiters, wine stewards, room stewards, etc, all went the extra mile to make sure we were catered to. Have to mention that the food was awesome. I asked if they had a vegetarian menu and in a flash had the menu in front of me. Never encountered that before. Can't forget to mention the cleanliness of this vessel. Everywhere you went (any time of the day) the crew was polishing, cleaning and shining. Very impressive. We will book another cruise next year on this ship. Our experience was awesome and we can't wait to go back. I must add that we have cruised 9 times and this was the best ship we have ever been on.
