This was our first cruise on NCL (3 previous cruises)- our best ever. This line is very efficient. We booked easily on their website. Embarkation debarkation were flawless. We enjoyed not having to get up at the crack of dawn to disembark- they were very flexible. The ship was new and beautiful- although there were over 2,000 passengers, it never felt crowded.

The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed. The beds had fresh crisp sheets with down comforters. The service was superb everywhere on the ship. Excellent choice of restaurants-and the food was a delight in all. We appreciated being able to select the restaurant and time we wanted to dine each night. We never had a problem making a reservation. We dined in two restaurants with an additional charge but we found it well worth the extra price. The quality and selection of the food in the buffet was surprising. The entertainment was better than most ships.

Chairs available on the ship during "travel" days were somewhat limited as many guests "reserved" chairs for hours while not there- this was a bit frustrating. Otherwise it was a very relaxing enjoyable cruise and which we would highly recommend.
